There will not be any/ work from Shanetria Kittling (Consulting) (Dallas, Texas) that /will be done on behalf of any individual wanting our service unless a deposit is paid in full. Please note that we do not video any venues or visit any venues on behalf of any individual that has not paid a deposit (nonrefundable) and signed a contract.

We instantly go to work and call an individual our client once their deposits are paid and their contracts are signed. Your deposit allows us to assemble a list of pros together based on the criteria provided to us in your requests. We also conduct a free consultation with you over the phone. 

Contracts must be signed and dated along with initial fee before we begin going to work.

Any fees in payment plans must be paid on the date listed on invoice. All remaining fees must be paid in full two weeks prior to wedding.

We are a full service event planning business that offers bridal and wedding planning services to our clients. Your proposal will only include the services you want from us and exclude any that is not requested. Our overall intention is to service our clients and generate customer satisfaction.

Events cannot exceed 5 hours

We will not stay during the entirety of your events. We are only responsible for set up and take down. If we are coordinating you rehearsal, we will only be resonsible for coordinating bridal entry and seating.

Cancellation

 

Should the Client elect, for whatever reason, to cancel this agreement, Client hereby agrees to provide a written notice of intent to cancel this agreement. There shall be no refund of deposits due to the reservation of the wedding date. In addition, there shall be no refund to any additional payments made and will be considered payment for services rendered to date. Talk of the Town Bride will also provide a prompt accounting and billing of services to date, including, but not limited to, Booking Fees for vendors booked to date.\

 

In the event of past due or non-payment of fees as indicated in the Payment Schedule, Talk of the Town Bride reserves the right to cease services until the account is brought current. Talk of the Town Bride reserves the right to terminate this Service Agreement by written notice for any accounts past due 30 days. In the event of cancellation by Talk of the Town Bride due to non payment of fees by the Client, all payments made to Talk of the Town Bride by the client will be considered payment for services to date.
